Job summary

Key duties include driving the annual budget process, supplying data for board meetings and earnings calls, building budgets and forecasts, guiding strategic decisions, leading M&A finance, and developing

Qualifications

• Business, Finance or Accounting degree mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance management role within media/broadcasting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strategic mindset.
• Excellent mentoring and leadership capabilities; able to develop staff.
• Advanced Excel, macros, pivot tables; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the annual budget process for the broadcasting division.
• Provide data and analyses for board meetings, earnings calls, and banking presentations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and models to assess performance against goals.
• Advise on financial implications of business decisions and identify growth/cost-saving opportunities.
• Direct financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions and contribute to strategic goals.
