Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible management experience with facilities management and professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for Facilities Management operations serving BSPH, SON, and the Berman Institute.
• Lead a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 140 FTEs.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, procurement, HR, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the Schools on university committees and external partnerships.
