Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic communications.
• Experience leading and developing communications professionals.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, reputation management, and integrated marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a company-wide communications strategy aligned with Benesch's objectives and brand.
• Strengthen Benesch's reputation, visibility, and market position in the AEC industry.
• Advise executive leadership and leaders across the organization on communications.
• Oversee brand stewardship and ensure consistent voice, visuals, and messaging.
• Lead the strategy and development of Benesch's website, digital channels, and social media.
• Collaborate with technical experts and business leaders to create thought leadership content.
• Lead media relations and seek opportunities with industry publications and events.
• Measure effectiveness with analytics and continuously improve programs.
