Job summary

Reflect Health, the evolution of S&S Health, is seeking a Director of Claims & Stop-Loss Transformation to lead modernization across claims, stop-loss, and related processes. You will drive future-state design, establish governance, and partner with executive leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements in operating performance.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Transformation Office, you will shape transformation roadmaps, oversee program milestones, and ensure alignment across Claims

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process redesign initiatives focused on simplifying workflows and improving operational scalability.
• Drive transformation strategy, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with Reflect Health’s growth objectives.
• Oversee modernization of claims and stop-loss administration, including end-to-end claim workflows and automation opportunities.
• Partner with technology and operations leaders to implement workflow automation and data-driven solutions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and executive reporting to measure transformation benefits.
• Lead change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure sustainable adoption.
