Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight years of relevant athletic administrative experience with supervisory and facility management experience at the assistant director level or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in athletics and recreational programs with emphasis on data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external constituencies to advance athletics programs.
• Oversees budgeting, facilities operations, scheduling, and game-day logistics.
• Ensures compliance with NJCAA/MDJUCO regulations and Title IX requirements.
• Leads recruitment, retention, and development of coaches and staff.
• Represents the college at athletic conferences and events.
