Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Director, Large Capital EPC to lead delivery across a strategic customer portfolio in the United States. You will partner with customer leadership and internal teams to drive execution excellence and long-term growth, shaping critical energy infrastructure projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years in large-scale Substation EPC or infrastructure settings, with up to 30% domestic travel and proven executive-level relationship

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Business Management to support strategic growth opportunities and long-term customer development.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project execution and delivery matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective risk identification, mitigation, and governance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver business objectives.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in large-scale Substation EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.
• Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships and successfully manage strategic accounts.
• Experience leading organizations through growth, change, and complex execution challenges.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
