Job summary

NY State Electric & Gas Corp (NYSEG) seeks a Director of Integrated Planning & Scheduling to oversee the planning and scheduling of all Transmission and Distribution work, including capital, maintenance, and reliability projects. The role reports to the President of NYSEG and leads regional supervisors and schedulers to optimize resources and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning or resource management.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Capital and Expense Operational work across all T&D functions.
• Align planning with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and financial targets.
• Oversee internal and external resource planning, including outsourcing decisions and contractor management.
• Establish governance structures for monthly and quarterly planning reviews.
• Drive performance reporting with scorecards and KPIs; provide executive visibility.
