Job summary

NY STATE ELECTRIC & GAS CORP is seeking a Director of Integrated Planning & Scheduling in a senior leadership role. You will oversee planning for Capital and Expense work across T&D, ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial targets while driving continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a team of regional supervisors and schedulers, partnering with executive leadership to deliver reliable grid planning, optimize resource utilization, and ensure data integrity across planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning or resource management.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of capital and expense operations across T&D.
• Oversee governance, monthly/quarterly planning reviews and KPI tracking.
• Standardize scheduling templates and forecasting models across regions.
• Mentor Senior Supervisors, Schedulers and Planning Analysts; drive talent development.
