Job summary

Nonni's Foods seeks a Director of Information Systems & Technology to lead the enterprise IT strategy across infrastructure, security, applications, and business systems. This senior role oversees ERP (SAP), cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and cross-functional teams, with direct food manufacturing/CPG experience preferred.

The position is based in Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel to facilities. Strong leadership and strategic vision required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles, with enterprise IT experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environments preferred.
• Proven ERP migrations expertise, especially SAP.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, cybersecurity, and databases.
• Strong budgeting, vendor negotiations, and investment planning experience.
• Ability to lead disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Excellent communication for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives and Ferrero standards.
• Advise senior leadership on technology investments and risk management.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and data analytics models.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team with accountability and improvement.
• Oversee IT infrastructure design, security, and network management.
• Lead ERP/MIS initiatives including SAP migrations and API integrations.
• Ensure data integrity, interoperability, and reliable information flow.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, PCI/NIST compliance, and vendor management.
• Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and procurement; optimize cost efficiency.
• Support IT helpdesk for 200+ users across locations; ensure SLA standards.
