Job summary

Nonni's Foods is hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst in Chicago to support day-to-day financial operations across US and Canada. You will handle invoicing, payments, collections, reconciliations, and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include three-way match, vendor data maintenance, month-end close support, cash forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices and match three-way invoices to ensure proper authorization.
• Manage accounts receivable activity for assigned customer accounts including collections follow-up.
• Prepare weekly AR reporting, aging analyses, and assist in month-end close activities.
• Maintain vendor master data and support audits with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve disputes and improve cash flow.
