Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (required).
• 15 years materials experience in manufacturing/processing environment preferred.
• APICS training is a strong plus.
• Customer service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic objectives for materials management and growth.
• Monitor expenditures of assets and materials.
• Ensure efficient scheduling to maximize facility resources and inventory.
• Negotiate with outside suppliers for availability and fair pricing.
• Maintain supplier partnerships to ensure long-term, cost-effective material supply.
• Lead and develop materials team for accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with R&D and Sales to provide materials for new projects.
