Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting, finance or actuarial science or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting/auditing/structured finance experience required.
• 3+ years insurance/reinsurance accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to structure and complete complex reinsurance transactions globally.
• Lead negotiations with external parties to meet financing needs and optimize legal entity structures.
• Establish processes for financing transactions and related support activities.
• Provide technical SME input on cash, collateral, and regulatory requirements for financing.
• Perform month/quarter/year-end financial reporting and reconcile accounts.
