Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
• Work Experience: 7+ years in financial accounting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Supervisory experience: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements short- and long-term business strategies for genomic and molecular diagnostic services.
• Creates financial models and operational metrics for new tests and programs.
• Prepares and coordinates the division's operating budget and quarterly reporting.
• Develops payer reimbursement strategies and analyzes coverage policies to adapt to market changes.
