Job summary

Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi is seeking a Senior Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations to lead the university's foundation and corporate fundraising program. This role drives portfolio strategy, secures principal and major gifts, and guides a Foundation and Corporate Relations Officer in donor engagement and stewardship.

The position reports to the Executive leadership in Development, with responsibilities spanning research, proposal development, and cross‑campus collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; five years of related experience including success securing major grants from foundations and corporations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build donor relationships at all levels.
• Experience leading fundraising strategy, proposal development, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Direct research to identify funding opportunities aligned with the University's direction.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with major foundation and corporate partners.
• Lead complex grant applications and funding proposals for scholarships, programs, and outreach.
• Oversee donor stewardship reporting and engagement strategies.
• Supervise the FCR Officer and set program goals and metrics.
• Represent the University in professional networks and community events.
