Insight Global is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis for a top medical client in Dallas. This hands-on leader will oversee external reporting, technical accounting, and management reporting while building the infrastructure and controls needed for growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting and finance, CPA preferred, Big Four experience, and strong communication skills to partner with executives and auditors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and financial-reporting experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Big Four or national accounting-firm experience.
• SOX 404 and internal-controls experience.
• Experience with Workiva and ERP/financial-consolidation systems.
• Experience working directly with external auditors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis for a top medical client. This highly visible, hands-on leader will oversee external reporting, technical accounting, management reporting, financial and analysis. The Director will build the reporting infrastructure, processes, controls, and analytical capabilities needed to support continued growth. The ideal candidate combines deep reporting expertise with the ability to partner across the organization, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and turn complex financial information into actionable business insights.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and financial-reporting experience
• Strong financial-statement and variance-analysis capabilities
• Experience working directly with external auditors
• Strong technical-accounting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines
• CPA strongly preferred
• Big Four or national accounting-firm experience
• SOX 404 and internal-controls experience
• Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated-industry background
• Experience with Workiva or similar reporting software
• Experience with ERP and financial-consolidation systems
• Experience supporting Audit Committee and Board reporting
