Zusammenfassung

PHMC is seeking a Program Director II to lead the Family and Community Health Services across Pennsylvania. The role oversees home visiting, healthcare navigation, and community health programs, ensuring program quality, fiscal oversight, and strategic growth.

You will supervise a team of 14–16 staff, cultivate partners, and align initiatives with HPC’s mission. The position requires a master’s in public health and extensive experience in grant writing, budgeting, and program management, with

Qualifikationen

Master's in public health or equivalent.
At least five years supervising health/public health staff.
Experience securing funding and managing contracts/grants.
Strong grant writing experience.
Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs.

Direct operations of family and community health initiatives.
Oversee program development, evaluation, and expansion.
Manage budgets, grants, and contracts; ensure compliance.
Develop workforce capabilities and staff retention.
