Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Demonstrated success building relationships across diverse communities.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfort with senior leaders and donors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy aligned with Gulliver’s plan and Centennial priorities.
• Lead the senior liaison between the School and Parents Association, Alumni Council, and volunteer groups.
• Plan and execute events for families, alumni, gala, and donor cultivation.
• Oversee communications related to engagement and coordinate with Marketing and Communications.
• Develop systems to operate engagement at scale and track participation.
