Job summary

RiskExec seeks a Senior Director, Fair Lending Solutions, to own the direction of Fair Lending, Fair Servicing, and Redlining modules. You will lead advisory engagements with financial institutions, shaping product strategy and delivering applied expertise that informs software and client value.

This role requires hands-on fair lending experience, with executive-level communication and a track record of turning client insights into repeatable product capabilities across a regulated landscape.

Qualifications

• Deep, applied Fair Lending expertise with hands-on experience.
• 10+ years in fair lending compliance, regulatory analytics, advisory services, or related roles.
• Ability to independently manage complex client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Translate domain knowledge and client workflows into repeatable tools, methodologies, or software capability.
• Executive-grade communication and ability to defend tradeoffs with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define direction and roadmap for Fair Lending, Fair Servicing, and Redlining analyses.
• Provide advisory and applied expertise to clients; translate engagements into repeatable product tooling.
• Drive measurable client adoption, renewal health, and value realization.
• Provide inputs to Sales, Client Success, and Marketing for packaging, positioning, and differentiation.
• Maintain a clear view of market alternatives and competitive threats.
• Ensure outputs are defensible and the software supports regulated environments.
• Create scalable onboarding, training, and self-service assets.
