Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Director, Asset Management to lead the asset management team across multiple customer sites, overseeing strategy, capital planning, KPI reviews, and performance of facilities and assets.

You will serve as senior advisor on asset optimization, profitability, and risk reduction, partnering with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant operations and long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Safety-focused and able to enforce policies.
• Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
• Ability to manage P&L and financial forecasts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and lifecycle of customer facilities and assets.
• Provide strategic oversight of maintenance, repair, and capital programs.
• Review metrics, costs, expenditures to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead annual planning for operations, capital projects, and resource allocation across sites.
• Establish governance and reporting standards for asset management and operations.
• Serve as senior advisor to Asset Managers on complex issues and risks.
• Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Approve asset strategies to improve profitability and asset life.
