Job summary

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, seeks a Senior Director of Application Development & Campus Support Services to lead planning, design, and governance of the Oracle/PeopleSoft Enterprise Finance and Student Administration portfolios across 22 campuses. The role focuses on sustainability, modernization, and integration of third-party systems into a cohesive SIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of IT management, systems development, or project leadership.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or a similar ERP; ability to lead multi-campus ERP initiatives.
• Strong communication, governance, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for Oracle/PeopleSoft Enterprise Finance and SA applications across campuses and CO.
• Advise on budget, governance, and project management; manage vendor relations and contracts.
• Develop and sustain ERP strategy, roadmaps, and modernization priorities; oversee CIMS.
