Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. seeks a Director of Customer Success to lead strategy and hands-on execution for Digital Fleet customers. You’ll own onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, and customer health improvements across a post-sales lifecycle.

The role partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Support to drive revenue retention and customer outcomes. 10+ years in enterprise SaaS CS leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales leadership in enterprise SaaS.
• HubSpot CRM Certification required at time of hire or within 90 days.
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving capabilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CS strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Own post-sales lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Build scalable CS playbooks, onboarding, health scoring, and renewal workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance on renewal forecasting and expansion.
• Lead and develop CS team of Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, and Support.
