Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and enrollment strategy to meet goals and growth.
• Oversee engineering pathway programs and educational partnerships.
• Lead and develop direct reports and align activities with policies.
• Manage recruitment and partnership budgets and financial practices.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Foundation to expand scholarships and donor relations.

Education

Advanced degree in related field

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of equivalent experience
