U.S. Soccer Federation is seeking a Director of Donor Experiences & Hospitality to lead strategy, development, and execution of donor experiences and hospitality programs.

This role drives philanthropic revenue, deepens supporter relationships, and advances a multi-hundred-million-dollar campaign. The leader will oversee a team, set standards, and collaborate across departments to maximize fundraising impact and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in advancement, fundraising, donor engagement, or donor experiences and hospitality.
• Proven track record of generating philanthropic revenue through events and experiences.
• Experience building from the ground up or significantly scaling donor experiences and hospitality programming.
• Ability to build strategy, systems, processes, staffing model, and measures of success for a growing function.
• Experience hiring, supervising, coaching, and developing professional staff.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a comprehensive donor experiences and hospitality strategy aligned with fundraising priorities and the $250M campaign.
• Build and lead the donor experiences function with operating model, roadmap, standards, and scalable systems.
• Hire, supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 direct reports.
• Develop an annual donor experiences strategy and calendar for cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, retention, upgrades, recognition, and executive engagement.
• Design and oversee donor experiences including events, hospitality, VIP experiences, and campaign-related engagements.
• Create innovative donor experiences to support fundraising and revenue-generating packages around major events.
• Position facilities as premier donor engagement destinations and leverage assets for fundraising growth.
• Collaborate to ensure donor experiences support acquisition, cultivation, stewardship, retention, and fundraising outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated donor experiences aligned with priorities.
• Establish standards, procedures, budgets, vendors, and partnerships for donor experiences.
