Job summary

Ball Corporation in Colorado is seeking a leader to deploy regional strategy and drive operational excellence across business units. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, identify performance gaps, and advance Ball's BOE systems to deliver sustainable results.

You will collaborate with finance and other functions to develop annual operating plans, oversee the 1YP inputs, and manage risks and countermeasures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel 20–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional target-setting and performance alignment.
• Develop and execute operating plans aligned with financial goals.
• Oversee the inputs of the 1YP to ensure alignment with AOP and strategic objectives.
• Utilize BOE and lean methods to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Ensure data accuracy and dashboards through updates and validation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI for actionable insights.
• Own the BOE tracking system and monitor countermeasures.
• Lead standardization and training materials to strengthen problem-solving.
