Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Senior Director of Community Integration and Transition Services to guide transition programs, health worker models, and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on strategic leadership, partner engagement, and compliant program development with a strong emphasis on communication and data-driven decision making.

The position is remote with occasional office visits in North Carolina; salary ranges from $138,343 to $176,387 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field; five years in behavioral health transition services
• Experience managing complex multisystem projects and multiple teams
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Unit Operations and set vision for TCL and Community Health Worker models
• Manage staff training, coaching, and performance; ensure policy adherence
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners; manage risk and compliance
• Lead change management and communication workstreams for major transitions
• Prepare executives and stakeholders with reports, briefings, and presentations
• Support program development and ensure timely, coordinated execution across counties
