Qualifikationen

• Experience managing full grant lifecycle and partnerships.

• Lead strategy, governance, and operations of the Burlington Stores Foundation.
• Develop annual grantmaking priorities, budgets, and evaluation criteria.
• Oversee grants lifecycle from nominations to closeout and reporting.
• Manage enterprise volunteerism and community-partner initiatives across functions.
• Prepare executive materials and present findings to senior leadership and Board.
