Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director – Community Impact to lead the Burlington Stores Foundation strategy, governance, and enterprise community programs.

You will shape grantmaking, partnerships, volunteer programs, and impact measurement, aligning initiatives with Burlington’s culture and business priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in corporate philanthropy, community impact, or nonprofit management.
• Experience leading or administering a corporate foundation or grantmaking program.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise community-impact strategy and operating plan.
• Oversee Burlington Stores Foundation governance, grantmaking, and reporting.
• Manage partnerships, volunteer programs, and community initiatives across functions.
• Establish frameworks for partnership intake, evaluation, and renewal.
• Lead executive communications and governance reporting to senior leadership and Board.
