Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. in Wareham, MA is seeking a Director of Community-Based Programs to oversee multiple programs including Community Support, BHJI, Recovery Coaching, and Opioid Intervention.

This leadership role requires strategic planning, cross-agency collaboration, and a strong commitment to service excellence. You will supervise program managers, coordinate with state partners and justice entities, and ensure high-quality, compliant services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• Two years management or supervisory experience.
• Two years in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight to Clinical Manager and Program Supervisor.
• Manage BHJI waitlist and case assignments.
• Coordinate state and regional BHJI meetings.
• Lead collaboration with justice entities and community partners.
• Oversee coordination of individuals released from incarceration to program placement.
• Ensure quality management and continuous improvement of services.
