Job summary

Gosnold in Wareham, MA is seeking a Director of Community-Based Programs to lead the Community Support Program, Behavioral Health Justice-Involved, Recovery Coaching, and Opioid Intervention. This hybrid role reports to leadership, manages staff, coordinates with state and regional partners, and ensures high-quality services aligned with contracts.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or mental health counseling, LICSW/LMHC licensure, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Independent licensure (e.g., LICSW or LMHC) in social work or mental health counseling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Community-Based Programs to ensure quality and integrity.
• Lead collaboration with justice entities and partners and coordinate program referrals.
• Direct daily operations to meet contracting specifications and Quality Management Plan requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to programs and staff, driving quality and process improvements.
• Identify and address safety and clinical risks proactively and support strategic planning.
