Job summary

Gosnold in Wareham, MA is seeking a Director of Community-Based Programs to oversee the Community Support Program, Behavioral Health Justice-Involved, Recovery Coaching, and Opioid Intervention.

In this hybrid role, you will supervise the Clinical Manager and Program Supervisor, coordinate state and regional BHJI activities, and ensure quality services in line with contracts and the Quality Management Plan.

Qualifications

• Masters’s degree required in social work or mental health counseling.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Two years in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Independent licensure (e.g., LICSW or LMHC) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Clinical Manager and Program Supervisor.
• Coordinate BHJI waitlist and case assignments.
• Lead coordination with justice entities and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and Department of Public Health standards.
• Develop strategic plans and improve program performance.
• Direct daily operations to ensure high-quality patient services.
