Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory clinical laboratory experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field; CLIA requirements.
• ASCP certification or license preferred.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred; knowledge of quality tools.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall laboratory operations and multiple departments in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Provide operational guidance to site management and ensure system-wide standardization.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (CLIA, CAP, TJC) and meet corporate KPIs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and coordinate with Corporate Laboratory Operations Leadership.
