You will work closely with executive leaders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Ideal candidates should possess substantial leadership experience, a relevant degree, and a strong understanding of laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with P&L accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
