Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical, clinical, or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in technical services, systems programming, or clinical information systems, with at least two years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise clinical application systems.
• Direct the application portfolio to align with clinical operations, organizational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiation, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for clinical applications to support operational efficiency and growth.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security regulations.
• Lead system integration efforts to ensure interoperability across applications.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; foster organizational growth and professional development.
