Qualifications

• Experience providing career advising for diverse undergraduate students; strong employer relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online job search platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising, coaching, and program development for students and alumni.
• Coordinate employer engagement: career fairs, panels, employer visits, on-campus interviews.
• Develop job search materials, resume/ interviewing training, internships/externships postings.
• Supervise staff and manage the department budget and resources.
