Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities operations and project management experience.
• Vendor, project, and budget management experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience engaging with a diverse community; cultural competency.
• Excellent communication and customer service; data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead a team using technology for KPI management.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the work of one to three units comprising up to 20 staff.
• Directing, managing, evaluating, and mentoring facilities staff for best performance.
• Creating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Driving KPI-based performance improvements via dashboards in Zendesk & Asana.
• Oversee the facilities budget; forecasting and planning spending; vendor payments.
• Fostering effective communication across teams and projects.
• Improving energy and refuse cost and environmental impacts.
• Overseeing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Directing Safety & Surroundings Committee and emergency preparedness.
• Mentoring staff; coaching for data-based decision making; leadership development.
• Driving facilities-related IT systems: Zendesk, Asana, Concur, SharePoint, Outlook.
