ChristianaCare Health System is seeking a visionary Director, Non-Invasive Services to oversee ambulatory non-invasive diagnostic programs across multiple locations. You will partner with physicians and executives to advance growth, access, quality, and operational excellence in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics, nuclear medicine, and PET imaging.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership or management experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of seven years of clinical experience in non-invasive diagnostics, cardiac diagnostics, nuclear medicine, PET imaging, or closely related specialties.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic plans that support growth and expansion of outpatient non-invasive services.
• Identify and implement innovative programs and operational initiatives to enhance patient care and performance.
• Lead future service design and project development aligned with organizational priorities.
• Partner with executive, physician, and operational leaders to advance system-wide objectives.
• Direct all operational activities across outpatient non-invasive service locations and drive throughput and efficiency.
• Maintain modality accreditation and regulatory readiness across all service lines.
