Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, finance, business administration, urban planning or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressively responsible real estate or affordable housing development experience.
• Experience advancing complex development projects through multiple phases.
• Experience assembling or managing development financing with multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year affordable housing strategy aligned with mission and plan.
• Source, evaluate, prioritize opportunities including new construction and RAD-related work.
• Maintain development pipeline with schedules, risks, and developer-fee revenue.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, zoning review, and financial modeling.
• Structure and secure financing from public and private sources; manage submissions.
• Lead funding applications, LOIs, purchase agreements, and development docs.
• Ensure compliance with funding rules, fair housing, and accessibility standards.
• Set annual/development‑fee goals; maximize developer fees and forecast revenue.
• Direct projects from concept to closeout with accountability for scope and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs and stakeholder engagement.
