Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in real estate development, project management, or construction management, preferably affordable housing.
• Familiarity with LIHTC projects and financing strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, financial modeling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of new construction and renovation projects with timeline management and resource allocation.
• Oversee development stages from initiation to closeout.
• Assist with site evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence for development opportunities.
• Provide oversight of project budgets and assist with securing financing.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other regulations and obtain permits as needed.
