Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in real estate development or project/construction management.
• LIHTC project experience preferred; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of new construction and renovation projects.
• Oversee all stages from initiation to closeout, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
• Support site acquisition, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Manage project budgets and assist with financing.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and QAP guidelines.
• Engage with stakeholders and report to senior leadership.
