Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading a portfolio of properties, preferably affordable housing.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of assets and oversee a team of site and property managers.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure adherence to Fitch Irick standards.
• Oversee budgeting, asset plans, and capital needs with property managers.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with housing authorities and agencies; represent the portfolio in external meetings.
