Paradies Lagardère in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Finance Manager – Dining to lead FP&A and analytical functions for the Dining Division. You will partner with leadership and Accounting to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting, focusing on the P&L components such as sales, COS, payroll and expenses.

The role requires 3–8 years in financial reporting/analysis; Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred); Excel, TM1, SAP and Power BI skills; AI modeling capability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• 3-8 years’ experience in reporting and/or financial analysis.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience with TM1, SAP, Power BI, and AI modeling skills.
• MBA or CPA or similar professional designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Review monthly financial statements and partner with Accounting during the close cycle to ensure accuracy of the financial statements.
• Develop financial/operational annual budgets and interim reforecasts.
• Serve as key financial partner for Regional VP of Operations.
• Analyze weekly/monthly results of operations and interface with field team to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Track progress of business improvement plans and monitor variances and trends.
• Develop monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and generate reports upon management request.
• Monthly KPI reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with core processes related to food management and inventory for ultimate food cost reporting.
• Airport RFP support in pursuit of new business.
