Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of Digital Transformation Specialists and other project team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure successful project implementation.
• Evaluate and integrate new digital technologies into existing systems and processes. Ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Use data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
