Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; MBA beneficial.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or petrochemicals.
• Knowledge of raw material additives and global sourcing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic plan for sourcing, procurement and logistics of assigned Direct Raw Material categories.
• Serve as the commercial subject matter expert working with business unit technical teams to increase supply resiliency and qualify alternate materials and suppliers.
• Identify and implement best in class sourcing strategies to support continuity of supply, quality, cost and business unit requirements.
• Develop and implement category objectives using KPIs and manage to ensure KPIs are met.
• Lead RFx, negotiations, supplier sourcing, and contract management for defined commodity groups.
