Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree required or 10+ years healthcare operations experience in lieu of formal education.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical analyst, clinical operations, informatics, or informatics education roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns stakeholder relationships in a primary domain and provides backup coverage in a secondary domain.
• Maintains an understanding of clinical and operational needs and identifies opportunities where technology can improve operations.
• Provides concise status communication for leaders and stakeholders including issues, decisions needed, risks, progress, and next steps.
• Proactively communicates roadmaps and in-flight work across tickets, projects, and programs with TDS leadership.
• Serves as a liaison between operations, informatics, applications teams, and TDS leadership.
