Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Digital Success Partner (DSP) to serve as a business relationship manager within the IT Applications team. The DSP will own stakeholder relationships, define problems, and drive solutions in collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree combined with significant compensatory healthcare experience.
Demonstrated track record of end-to-end issue ownership and follow-through.
Strong ability to distill complex information into concise communication for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Owns stakeholder relationships in a primary domain and provides backup coverage.
Maintains understanding of clinical and operational needs, identifying workflow pain points and opportunities for technology or process improvements.
Provides concise status updates on issues, decisions, risks, and next steps to leaders and stakeholders.
Works with ServiceNow to monitor tickets, add context, and collaborate with the assigned analyst.
Communicates proactively on behalf of TDS across tickets, projects, and programs with visibility into roadmaps and in-flight work.
Serves as liaison between operations, informatics, application teams, and TDS leadership to surface needs and support timely resolution.
