Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations/product line.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Management Methodology, Change Management practices and Process Engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Works with multiple stakeholders to understand and validate business strategy and needs.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements and documentation.
• Manages, prioritizes and clarifies features, defects, and scope at the project level.
• Ensures adherence to risk, compliance, and enterprise controls.
