Calculated Hire is seeking an Agile Product Owner to lead product delivery execution for a Fortune 100 Financial Services Company in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will guide the management of deposit data through requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for three days in the office and two days of remote work. Strong qualifications in Agile methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile product ownership or product management (Scrum and Kanban).
• Experience collecting and analyzing requirements for data, reporting, or financial systems.
• Ability to analyze and test data via SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements collection for Deposit data.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring transparency.
• Oversee change management processes and release management.
