SCIGON is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for two industry-leading mobile applications. You will own roadmaps, drive cross-functional teams, and deliver features that elevate our digital ecosystem.

This role requires autonomy, sharp critical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into practical product plans from ideation through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management or digital product development.
• Ability to think critically and independently, solving problems with logic, creativity, and strategic insight.
• Strong business acumen with balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and leading feature design discussions.
• Highly organized and accountable, with a bias for action and strong execution skills.
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean) is a plus but not required.
• Passion for building customer-facing products that deliver meaningful value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the mobile application product strategy, ensuring alignment with digital, product, and business priorities.
• Own the full digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Operate with autonomy, bringing clarity to ambiguous challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and product teams to deliver timely features.
• Prioritize and manage a roadmap that balances integration with new capabilities.
• Champion user experience and customer value to elevate apps to best-in-class status.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
• Lead with influence across diverse teams.
• Monitor market trends, performance metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities.
