Job summary

GSMA is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our device information services portfolio. You will own product strategy, translate customer and market needs into clear roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong product instincts, operational rigor, and the ability to influence teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant product management experience in telecom, SaaS, or data services.
• Ability to own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core device information services.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization, balancing technical feasibility, operational impact, and commercial value.
• Drive end-to-end execution of new product capabilities, enhancements, and launches, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Partner deeply with engineering and operations to define solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure scalable, reliable service performance.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify opportunities.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and operational data to inform decisions.
• Define and document business requirements, user journeys, and operational processes with clarity and precision.
• Lead launch readiness activities, including testing, enablement, communication, and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and strengthen product quality.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and positioning of device information services.
