Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Digital Product Manager to own the ecommerce platform roadmap and guide product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You will report to IT Program Management and work in a hybrid model out of Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC, driving strategy and measurable outcomes through data-driven decisions and customer insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, including end-to-end product delivery and ownership of product roadmap strategy, definition, and execution.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment in a Product Owner/Manager role.
• Ability to prioritize 1-3+ concurrent workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data and KPIs to validate assumptions and drive measurable actions.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps spanning 12-24 months and execute complex cycles.

• Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative consumer software and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
• Define long-term strategy and vision for device management and related features.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points.
• Deliver scalable solutions requiring vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
• Drive requirements, user experience design, and product roadmap prioritization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and influence adoption of new services.
• Manage bottlenecks and balance business needs with technical constraints to maximize value.
